I have a question about something on MJ Edit's website, what should I do?

How do I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50, and $100 amounts and are delivered via email. You can print or forward the code to the recipient, easy and instant!
My order has been placed but I need to change something — can I do that?
Simply enter your eGift card code or store credit code in the discount/gift card box at checkout before completing your order. The balance will automatically be applied to your total.
At this time, we’re unable to apply gift cards manually or over the phone.

I purchased an item yesterday that’s on sale today. What is your price adjustment policy?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, but if your order hasn’t yet reached our shipping team, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
Please email support@shopmjedit.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the change request.
How do I redeem my gift card or store credit?
We love when our customers catch a good deal! However, we’re unable to refund the difference if an item goes on sale after your purchase.
You’re welcome to return the item for store credit (following our return policy) and repurchase it at the new price.
I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout — can you apply it for me?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to retroactively apply discount codes or refund the difference.
