Preorder Policy

Preorders are a great way to snag MJ Edit pieces before they sell out! We want you to feel confident that your order will arrive within a reasonable timeframe, and we’ll always do our best to keep you updated along the way.

Before placing a preorder, please review the following information carefully:

• The estimated ship date listed is provided by our vendors and is only an estimate. While we do our best to keep this information accurate, delays can occur that are outside of our control.

• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. All preorders are processed in the order they are received and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.

• In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your preorder, we will issue a full refund immediately.

• Payment is collected at checkout when you place your preorder, not when the item ships.

• To cancel a preorder, please email us at support@shopmjedit.com.

• If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, they may ship separately. You will only be charged one shipping fee (if applicable).

• Occasionally, vendor details such as color, fabric, or production timelines may change after a preorder has opened. We’ll always update product listings and notify customers of any significant changes.

• Our customer service team can only provide the information available on the product page but is always happy to help! Please reach out to support@shopmjedit.com with any questions. We do our best to reply within 1–2 business days.
