Returns & Store Credit – MJ Edit
We know that not every purchase will be a perfect fit, and sometimes returns are needed. We’re here to make that process as easy as possible. General Return Policy

No refunds – store credit only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. -
Eligible returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the item(s).

Store credit is issued via email code within 5 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Store credit never expires.
- Please note: All custom and personalized orders (including pre-orders) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Window

Return items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

Returns postmarked after 14 days will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to have the merchandise sent back to you.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for store credit, items must:

Be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached

Be free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, odors (including cigarette smoke and perfume), and animal hair
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Please include a note with your first & last name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning. Returns received without this information may experience delays in processing.
Final Sale Items
The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit:

Clearance/marked-down items (typically ending in $0.99)

Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, etc.)

Doorbusters, deals, and sale items

Orders purchased using a discount of 30% or more

Custom or personalized items and all pre-orders — these are final sale
We strictly enforce this policy. Any ineligible items sent back will not receive store credit and will require a reshipping fee if you’d like them returned to you.
If a rejected return reshipping fee is not paid within 5 days, the item(s) will be donated to charity.

Exchanges
Due to limited quantities and fast sell-through, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, we recommend:

Placing a new order for the item you want.

Sending back your original item following the return guidelines above to receive store credit.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive something defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at support@shopmjedit.com No exceptions.
If you believe your item is defective/damaged:

Take clear photos of the issue and the tag showing it is still attached.

Email the photos to support@shopmjedit.com with the subject line: “Defective” or “Damaged.”

Include your order # and product name in the email.
Our customer support team will respond within 24 business hours with next steps.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
